1. Returns
Because our products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition,
a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or style, please request a refund and place a new order.
4. Customer Support
